Q, What delivery company do you use?
A, Deliveries are carried out by Yodel

Q What countries do you deliver to?
A, At present we only deliver to addresses within the UK

Q, Do your units come with a warranty?
A, All our units come with a minimum 12 month warranty.

Q, Do you offer extended warranties?
A, You can add a warranty, it needs to be purchased within 12 months of the item. For further details and to purchase please call in on 08712 313112.

Q, What payment methods do you accept?
A, At present we only take payment via Paypal

Q, Do you offer buy now pay later?
A, At present we do not offer buy now pay later.

Q, What is your returns policy?
A, Should you wish to cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned to Hughes Direct, Inspections Dept, 3 Fison Way, Thetford, Norfolk, IP24 1HT, at your own expense within 7 days of your notice to cancel. Providing the goods are returned with all accessories including any free gifts you will receive a full refund, within 30 days of giving us your notice to cancel. We are unable to accept back goods for a credit if they are unwanted gifts or non-faulty items 7 days after the delivery date.
We are able to arrange insured collection if requested. Indications of the costs are listed below;

DVD player/recorder, Hi-Fi system, Hi-Fi separates, Home Cinema £15
Radio, MP3, Camera, Camcorder, Headphones, Accessories £10
Televisions: 32" or Under £25, 37" or over £50
Stands for Televisions or Hi-Fi £25, Wall brackets £15
Cables and interconnects: £10
Small Appliances: Kettles, Toasters, Irons etc £10
Vacuum Cleaners, Microwaves £20

We are unable to accept back for refund the following product types unless they are faulty or were supplied as part of the main product purchase;
Unsealed blank video tapes, blank DVD discs and blank mini discs.

Q, Can I change the delivery address on an order?
A, In most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. You can select the delivery address as you check out your order via Paypal

Q, How do I cancel my order
A, Please advise us ASAP through “contact seller” in your Ebay account.

A, All our prices include VAT

Q, Do you sell second hand/grey import items?
A, All items are brand new UK stock.

A, Once the item is  saved in “my ebay” simply select “more actions” and then “contact seller”
